“Why am I so tired… but can’t switch off?”

This is why 👇

In midlife, your body loses one of its key stress buffers: oestrogen

And when that happens…

Cortisol (your stress hormone) becomes:
→ louder
→ more reactive
→ harder to turn off

Which is why:
You hit the pillow exhausted
