That was Ignite! 2026.
And we’re just getting started.

Three months ago, more than 400 women came together to learn, connect, share stories and spark important conversations about perimenopause and menopause.

What began as an idea became a day filled with knowledge, support, laughter, tears, connection and empowerment.

To everyone who attended, presented, exhibited, sponsored, volunteered and supported Ignite! — thank you. You helped create something truly special for our community.

And this is only the beginning... ✨

We’ve been quietly working behind the scenes and we’re excited to share that plans for Ignite! 2027 are well underway.

Our founders and co-directors Dr Charlotte Middleton, Integrative GP and menopause specialist, and Emma Magill, women’s health advocate, are the driving force behind the Ignite! Perimenopause & Menopause Expo.

What started as a passion to create more education, support and open conversation for women navigating perimenopause and menopause has grown into the incredible event you’re part of today.
