Feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, or just wondering how to find a sleep rhythm that actually works for your unique family? 🤍✨

This isn’t a lecture where you just sit and listen. This is a fully interactive, hands-on day where you will dive deep into understanding biological sleep rhythms and responsive, attachment-led care. Most importantly, you will walk away with a custom, step-by-step sleep plan built by YOU, for YOUR baby. 🛠️👶🍼

🌟 How to Register Your Interest:
Spaces will be strictly limited to ensure every parent gets dedicated, hands-on guidance and support.

I’m opening up exactly 3 spots this week for a brand-new pilot project called the CalmNess Quick Start.

If you are completely exhausted, overwhelmed by conflicting online advice, and just want someone to hold your hand and tell you exactly what to do next, this is for you.

Here is what we’ll do together:

The Intake: You fill out a brief intake form so I can look closely at your little one's current rhythms, feeding, and sleep environment.

The Strategy: I will build a completely custom, gentle sleep plan based on your unique family.

The Call: We'll jump on a 45-60 minute phone consult to walk through the plan together, tweak it so you feel 100% confident, and answer all your questions.

The Call: We'll jump on a 45-60 minute phone consult to walk through the plan together, tweak it so you feel 100% confident, and answer all your questions.

I usually only offer long-term packages, but I wanted to create a fast, accessible option for parents who just need immediate relief. The investment for this pilot is $250.

Because of the high-touch daily support, I can truly only take 3 families.

Want one of the spots? Comment "QUICK" below or send me a DM, and I’ll send over the intake link so we can get started this week. 💛

Choosing a high-nurture, responsive path for your baby’s sleep is incredibly beautiful. It is also incredibly hard work.

When we choose not to use sleep training scripts, we have to look at the bigger picture: the family ecology. This deeply intuitive way of parenting was never meant to be done by one or two people isolated in a house. It requires a village.

If consecutive hours of sleep are hard to come by right now, the goal shifts from chasing "perfect baby sleep" to protecting caregiver rest and nervous system restoration.

To pour out this much love and co-regulation, your cup needs to be filled, too. You deserve to be nurtured just as deeply as you are nurturing your little one.

That is exactly why I am here.

As your postpartum doula, my role is to be that village for you. Whether it’s holding your baby so you can catch up on restorative sleep, preparing a nourishing meal, or simply offering a safe, non-judgmental space to validate your instincts I am here to mother the mother. You don’t have to navigate these early months alone.

🤍 If you are on the Central Coast and feel ready to welcome dedicated, heartfelt support into your home, let’s connect. Send me a DM or click the link in my bio to explore my postpartum doula packages.

Instead of fighting against infant sleep architecture with rigid sleep training, what if we worked with their natural biology? 🌿

One of the most powerful tools we have to support infant sleep is optimising their circadian rhythms (their internal biological clock).

Here are two simple, neuroscience-backed shifts you can try today:

Seek Morning Sunlight:

Expose your baby to bright, natural light early in the morning and midday. This helps set their internal clock and signals when it's time to be awake.

Keep Daytime Naps Natural:

Try letting daytime naps happen in rooms with natural ambient light and normal household noises, saving the pitch-black environment strictly for nighttime sleep.

Small, biological shifts can make a big difference in helping their sleep cycles mature naturally.

If you've ever felt a deep, physical ache in your chest when listening to your baby cry, that is your biological instinct talking. And science backs you up.

Neuroscience shows us that leaving a baby to "cry it out" doesn't teach them how to fall asleep calmly. Instead, it triggers a high-stress survival response. When a baby eventually goes quiet during sleep training, they haven't learned to self-soothe; their little body has gone into an energy-conserving behavioural shutdown.

You cannot spoil a baby with too much love, too many contact naps, or too many midnight cuddles.

Trust your instincts. Your warmth is exactly what their developing brain is searching for. 🕊️

Let’s talk about the phrase "self-soothing."

We hear it everywhere, but from a neurological standpoint, infants simply do not possess the brain architecture to calm their own nervous systems when they are distressed.

True emotional regulation is a milestone that is built, not trained.

When your baby cries out at night, they aren't manipulating you or practicing independence. They are asking for co-regulation. They need to borrow your calm, mature nervous system to bring theirs back into balance.

Every time you respond with a hug, a gentle rock, or a feed, you are sending a rush of oxytocin through their brain. You aren't creating a "bad habit" you are wiring their brain for lifelong resilience and security. ✨

"Is my baby ever going to sleep through the night?"

If you are asking this at 2:00 AM, holding a wide-awake little soul, please take a deep breath.

You are not failing.
Your baby is not broken.

Neuroscientist Dr. Greer Kirshenbaum reminds us of a beautiful, biological truth: frequent waking is actually protective. Infant brains are designed to sleep in light, frequent cycles. These arousals are a built-in defence mechanism that helps them regulate their breathing and heart rate.

Societal expectations tell us babies should sleep 12 hours straight by 12 weeks. Biology tells us otherwise. Your baby waking up to seek your proximity isn't a glitch it’s how they stay safe. 🤍

How are you holding up with the night wakings this week? Let’s support each other in the comments.

The "First 40 Days" and beyond can feel like a marathon, especially when the sun goes down. 🕊️

I believe that for a parent to be their best during the day, they need to feel supported at night. My night support isn't about rigid schedules or leaving babies to cry. It’s about merging my 35 years of professional childcare expertise with a gentle, biological approach to sleep.

I’m here to hold the space (and the baby) so you can rest deeply, knowing your little one is in safe, experienced hands right here on the Central Coast.

I have limited availability for overnight support in May.

DM "NIGHTS" to chat about how I can help your family find its calm.

There is a specific kind of exhaustion that comes with the 3:00 AM wake-up call when you feel like the only person awake in the world. ☕✨

In the "old days," the village would have been there to take the night shift so you could recover. At CalmNess Parenting Support, I’m bringing that village back.

Whether you need a full night of restorative sleep or a professional hand to help navigate a difficult sleep transition, my night support service is designed to give you peace of mind. No "sleep training"just expert, heart- centred care that respects your baby’s natural rhythms.

Tap the link in bio to see my support packages. You don't have to do this alone.
