When you have a photography hobby and a bucket list 🥰 A visit to Mt Coot-tha Botanical Gardens in Brisbane is in order 😍. We did a group trip and spent the day finding all the best spots to take photos.
Outings like these, while fun, are a great way to push a few boundaries in a safe and less stressful way. We had people walking past that would say hi, staff at the centres that would chat to us, cafes that we ordered lunch at. All of these things encourage us to step outside our comfort zones just a little. And having someone there who you know will step in if you start to struggle is an immense comfort and support to those who need it.

🌺 such a gorgeous day to visit the Flower Festival! We sadly missed half the parade but we caught some of it! 😁 so many flowers and patterns! It was so beautiful 😍 We all had such fun taking photos.
There was a lot of people which caused some extreme anxiety, but we utilised the plans we had made and were able to continue on.
We have made changes to our schedule plans for next year so we can be even more successful with our trips 🙂.

Lest we forget.

You don’t have to go somewhere expensive or where lots of people are to find a beautiful place to relax. This little spot was so quiet and peaceful with a lovely walking area. My lovely person showed me this little place and we went for a walk and just watched the calves playing around. It was so calming ❤️
Having a place where you are able to reduce your stimuli level and your anxiety level is a very important thing for everyone, no matter who you are.
