It was privledge and an honour to share my knowledge, experiences and wisdoms with all of you.

My favourite thing is that EVERYBEING sought me out for a hug, a share or support after this! Humbled by the love, the appreciation and the surrender thwt took place in this sacred space ❤️🪔🌿🙏

This was the most magikal sharing with community of my life so far ..... the love, hugs & positive feedback has been flooding in all day and my gratitude cup is absolutely overflowing ... It is an honour to have made such an impact in so many lives already 🙏

1 day left of the high vibes. After a much earned rest tonight I will ready to soak up all the joy I can while we are still gathered here in such union.

Its so much deeper than 'skin care' its Alchemy 🌿❤️🙏

I have never seen a 'skin thing' that these creations have not been able heal or at VERY least reduce!

On Saturday at 10.10am I will be stepping onto the Energy Centre stage to share my wisdom with the beautiful conscious community gathering this year ❤️

Everything I have endured ... the heavenly highs and the blazing lows ... has all lead me to this moment and I am grateful beyond measure for it ALL ..

I always knew that my personal journey with Ayurveda would evolve into my deepest purpose and offering to the world and Pranafest has made it feel like I have arrived!

No more hustle, pushing and grinding ... its ALL FLOW FROM HERE ...

I am vibing HIGH today in creation mode with waves of emotional reflections and immense gratitude flooding through me ...

THANK YOU TO ALL THE SOULS WHO HAVE SUPPORTED ME TO MAKE IT THIS FAR!! I could never have made it alone. You know who you are xx
