Here’s a little glimpse of what’s unfolding at Seed of Life.

We say loose schedule because timing is somewhat of an illusion, and we’ll be moving with the rhythm of the village, the elements and whatever wants to emerge. 🌿

There’s also plenty of space for you to bring something to share … a passion, an offering, a dance, a trick, a story, a song, a practice, a workshop… whatever feels alive for you.

If you’d love to contribute and share something, please reach out. You’re warmly invited. 🤎

And equally, there is pressure. You’re so welcome to just come be apart of the village

We’ll have some morning wellness practices, and ill be sharing wayapa on one of the days. The other day is open for possibilities if anyone feels called to share a practice

🌱🌕 A TIME TO GATHER — SEED OF LIFE

There is something poignant about the timing of Seed of Life.

Just after the spring equinox, when we move through m a moment of balance between light and dark, and a turning point as the days begin to stretch longer than the nights.

And during the gathering we will be together under the fullness of the moon.

And in between these two celestial moments, we come together in community

Seed of Life — 26–28 September. 🌱

Perhaps this is why it feels so poignant to come together now.

The changing of seasons gives us an opportunity to pause and ask:

✨ What are we leaving behind?
✨ What is ready to grow?
✨ What do we want to nurture in ourselves, our families, our community… the world?

The Equinox marks a threshold — a time of balance, transition and new beginnings.

The Full Moon offers a moment of illumination, reflection and fullness — a chance to see what has been growing and acknowledge what we have brought into being.

And Seed of Life sits right in this space of change.

A chance to step out of the rush of everyday life and into a slower, more connected way of being.

To share stories, ideas and dreams around the fire.
To learn from one another.
To play.
To create.
To spend time by the ocean.
To gather in circles.
To reconnect with ourselves, each other and the Earth.

Not as spectators, but as participants in the gathering.

Like a garden, Seed of Life isn’t something created by one person. It comes alive through the people who bring their stories, skills, offerings, children, music, knowledge, questions, curiosity , creativity and presence.

🌱 A seed is a beginning.
🌕 A full moon is a moment of seeing.
🌞 The equinox is a turning point.

So perhaps this gathering can be a little marker in time — a place to pause, plant something, celebrate what has been, and step together into what comes next.

We are so excited and grateful to share this offering and gathering as part of this years nature festival

Seed of Life is an invitation to step into a village way.

A space to slow down, reconnect, and remember what it feels like to belong ; to the land, to community, and to one another.

Set beside the ocean and the beach, the gathering offers a chance to wake with the sea, spend time in nature, swim, explore, play and simply be together in a beautiful natural setting.

Across the gathering, we’ll share meals, stories, skills and experiences, creating space for people of all ages to contribute, learn and connect. There will be community-led workshops and spaces for sharing, alongside dedicated boys’ and girls’ spaces with mentors, as well as spaces for women and men to gather, reflect and connect.

We’ll begin our mornings together in circle, grounding into the day. We’ll explore Wayapa, bush skills, crafts gather around the fire, share food, music, stories and practical skills, and create moments for quiet connection with the land and ocean.

At the heart of Seed of Life is the remembering that we don’t have to do life alone. That community can hold us, that children can learn from many caring adults, and that there is wisdom in gathering together across generations.

A weekend to plant seeds … of connection, belonging, knowledge, friendship and a deeper relationship with the Earth.

A invitation to the beautiful island women🌿

our next Woven Women gathering, a space to come together whilst making, creating and mending

Our thread this time will be mending clothes together ….bringing new life to the things we already have, sharing skills, stories and a little creativity along the way. We will make soup together to home, warm cups of chai, and plenty of space to simply connect and enjoy being in community.

Women of all ages are welcome. 💛
