I’m still here, still working out to stay strong enough to do the stuff I want/need to do, e.g. lifting our almost 5 y.o. granddaughter up to an array of play and obstacle course equipment at the park yesterday.
Also going for walks, mostly to our nearby lake, but still enough autumn sun to sneak in the odd beach/coast walk, and we’re just getting back into doing the stairs near the beach (after the heat of summer).
Today’s workout was upper body, 10 reps x 3 sets:
Chest Press
Pendlay Row
Front Raise
Chest Fly
Single Arm Row
Dumbbell Pullover
It started out a dull day here, so wasn’t feeling inspired to get started, but feel so much better after.
