~MEET TALEAH~

Taleah has been an Online Coaching Client of mine for the last 4 months.

Originally, she started off just focusing on her Nutrition but over the last 5 weeks we have also implemented a training program to complement that.

She does on PT session with me each week and attends strength and bootcamp most weeks also. In addition to that we now have her on a training plan designed to increase her strength and overall fitness and we have seen incredible progress during this time.

Taleah has lost an incredible 20.4kg over the last 4 months. I have watched her relationship with food and exercise change, a wonderful increase in confidence and ability and a newfound strength that has been a joy to watch.

Recently, Taleah ticked off a massive goal of climbing the story bridge! something she had always wanted to do however she was over the weight limit. After losing the weight, she was able to book and complete it and I was so proud of her!

I can't tell you how proud it makes me, when clients just follow the plan and do the work. No short cuts, no quick fixes just patience and consistency.

There have been meals out, weekends away, take away and treats. That's all part of life! It's how we navigate it that matters. Nothing is off limits, and the focus is always on what Taleah does MOST of the time rather than some of the time.

Take the time, don't quit when it gets hard, when life gets busy and things get in the way. Reassess and continue moving forward, this is how we get the results and keep them.

I can't wait to see Taleah continue to progress and what she achieves next!

~ 1000 TRAINING SESSIONS ~

I wanted to say a HUGE congratulations to this absolute weapon today this superstar hit a massive milestone of 1000 training sessions with me! The crazy part is, this isn’t even all of them!

Trudy has been a client of mine since the very beginning, going back almost 8 years! She started never having lifted weights, with a wonderful ballet background and is my strongest female client! The best part is she’s in her 50s!

She got into training later on in life and boy has it proven to be a wonderful decision! Trudy can squat, deadlift and hip thrust far more than her body weight, pull up unassisted, and she is so incredibly fit!

So many of us are inspired by Trudy, but honestly no more than me. I have seen her from the beginning right through till now. Every week twice a week. She continues to go from strength to strength, she is consistent and balanced and trains hard but still enjoys life which I love!

I am beyond proud of you thank you for taking a chance on me all those years ago and for sticking by me ever since.

Not only are you a client, you’re a wonderful friend, like a nanny to my boys and such a positive influence in my life.

Well done, here’s to 1000 more! 🤣🙈🥵✅

~ QUICK FIX MENTALITY ~

Let me tell you why you’re not achieving your goals.

You’re focused on doing the littlest amount of work possible yet expecting the biggest results.

You’re not prepared to sacrifice and make any long term changes to your lifestyle, your diet or your training.

You never finish what you start.

Everything takes “too long” and you want the result yesterday.

You chop and change your workouts based off what some “influencer” is doing in the hopes you will end up looking like them.

You don’t want to invest in yourself yet you spend more money each week on coffees or takeaway then you would on a proper coach.

When you don’t see an immediate result, you give up. Go back to what you were doing (that wasn’t working by the way) and you continue the cycle over and over again.

Let me tell you what the real issue with all of this is…
✅ this neglects the deeper concerns like a poor relationship with food, self or exercise.
✅ this is leads to constant frustration in self, the inability to follow through which creates a lack of trust in your own ability and potential
✅ you are constantly starting again which negatively impacts both your mindset and your metabolism
✅ it’s the ultimate mask of avoidance

Due to illness Hayley Morris is no longer able to run bootcamp tomorrow.

Never fear I’ve called in the reinforcements!

The wonderful Jaime Fing will be having a crack tomorrow at running her first ever BOOTCAMPS!

For those of you that may not know, behind the scenes Jaime is studying both her cert 3 and 4 in fitness so this is the perfect opportunity for her to gain some hands on experience with familiar faces.

I would love for you to come and support her, get sweaty and help her build her confidence in a group setting.

PT AVAILABILITY:

The weather is cooling down, the days are getting shorter and darker and this is where motivation really starts to drop.

Naturally, this change of season brings a reduction in energy expenditure and an increase in energy intake. This is the time of the year where I always see people drop off and honestly, go backwards.

How to avoid this? Accountability and structure. If, when the seasons change you let go of what you once called a “priority” then it was never important to you, it was simply an option.

Utilise this time to build, grow and change. The days pass anyway so you may as well use the time to work toward improving yourself.

I have regular permanent PT spots available, an appointment with yourself that you can’t cancel on.

Let’s spend the cooler months preparing for the warmer ones.
