~MEET TALEAH~
Taleah has been an Online Coaching Client of mine for the last 4 months.
Originally, she started off just focusing on her Nutrition but over the last 5 weeks we have also implemented a training program to complement that.
She does on PT session with me each week and attends strength and bootcamp most weeks also. In addition to that we now have her on a training plan designed to increase her strength and overall fitness and we have seen incredible progress during this time.
Taleah has lost an incredible 20.4kg over the last 4 months. I have watched her relationship with food and exercise change, a wonderful increase in confidence and ability and a newfound strength that has been a joy to watch.
Recently, Taleah ticked off a massive goal of climbing the story bridge! something she had always wanted to do however she was over the weight limit. After losing the weight, she was able to book and complete it and I was so proud of her!
I can't tell you how proud it makes me, when clients just follow the plan and do the work. No short cuts, no quick fixes just patience and consistency.
There have been meals out, weekends away, take away and treats. That's all part of life! It's how we navigate it that matters. Nothing is off limits, and the focus is always on what Taleah does MOST of the time rather than some of the time.
Take the time, don't quit when it gets hard, when life gets busy and things get in the way. Reassess and continue moving forward, this is how we get the results and keep them.
I can't wait to see Taleah continue to progress and what she achieves next!
