Such a great way to get extra essential minerals into our bodies.💪

I first appreciated the health benefits of a good bone broth last winter , and I was reminded of a beautiful conversation I had with my beautiful nana many years ago. I’d love talking with her about how she brought up her babies ( my mum , my Aunty and uncle) and what home remedies she used back in the “olden days “ .

I’ll always remember her sharing how she’d give her babies a good beef bone broth and 20 years ago I couldn’t imagine anything less appealing .... today I appreciate her wisdom more and more .

And Noah absolutely loves organic chicken bone broth ... so here it is.... still brewing and tomorrow it will be perfect! 👌 and so full of immune boosting goodness 💪

So easy to make, and makes our house smell so warm and inviting! ❤️

I love the challenge of steeplechase. I love the feeling of pushing hard. I love hurdling , and hurdling again a fast pace! The final lap of the steeple race is always a tough one! Jumping big obstacles on tired legs is the greatest challenge . But such a great feeling to clear the final water jump, leaving just one more land steeple then home to the finish! I have my first 2km steeplechase race this weekend in over 12 months! And I am aiming to break my own state record . No mean feat, but I intend to give it a good crack! And leave nothing on the track. 💪🏃‍♀️🙏

Steeplechase 3 km is so much different to a steeplechase 2km..... we all have doubts, and I’m always working on squelching the voice of doubt quicker and quicker... but at my age of nearby 48, I was truly feeling my competitive steeple days were something of the past.... this season has been niggles , uncooperative hips, dysfunctional foot, subluxated pelvis and sacrum 😢 the list was long... wow! Now to have competed in the open Victorian championship 3 km steeplechase, and felt great... I’m so happy about how this ole bod is going on the track and in training .... advice to future self... NEVER ALLOW DOUBT TO DAMPEN YOUR EXCITEMENT FOR WHAT YOU BELIEVE YOU CAN ACHIEVE 🏃‍♀️💪🙏💕

Pushing home in the 800m to make a seasons best time ... backing up after a 3000m seasons best too 🏃‍♀️🥰🙏 finally I feel some good form coming back. It seems so long since I’ve been able to run fast, race hard and finish strong. This feeling makes my heart and soul light up with incredible excitement for more racing 🏃‍♀️😍 bring on states and nationals .... I can’t wait ... I love this racing feeling ❤️🏃‍♀️
