Made from slow fermented fresh Aussie milk, its full of good, friendly bacteria and live cultures.
The slighty lumpy texture is a sign that the good bacteria is still working. Simply give it a shake to make it creamy.

CHERRY BAKED OATS
(makes 2 serves)
~ Ingredients ~
1 x banana
1 cup of Red Tractor Australian Rolled Oats
1 cup frozen cherries
1/4 cup of coconut
2 tabs of honey
1.5 cups Table of Plenty Probiotic Kefir
Sprinkle of Cinnamon
~How to Make~
Heat the oven to 180 degrees.
In a bowl mush one banana
Add in oats.
Add in cherries (pre-thaw)
Pour over honey (option to mix with 2 tabs boiled water)
Add in coconut
Pour over kefir
Mix well
Sprinkle with cinnamon
Split between 2 x mini ramekins
Bake for approx 20 mins (or until golden on top)
Serve with a drizzle of Kefir on top!
