Fee Update – From 1 September 2026

To help us continue providing the high-quality care you know and trust, our consultation fees will be increasing from 1 September 2026.

Like many medical practices, we've experienced rising operating costs, and this change will help us continue delivering quality, patient-centred healthcare to our community.

Bulk billing will continue for eligible patients.

New GP-Led ADHD Clinic – Now Available

We are pleased to introduce our GP-Led ADHD Assessment and Management Clinic at Klemzig Village Medical Clinic.

This specialised service is led by Dr Kamal Wellalagodage, a GP with extensive experience in psychiatry and mental health, providing enhanced expertise in:

✔ ADHD diagnostic assessments
✔ Medication management
✔ Complex mental health presentations
✔ Ongoing ADHD care

Our clinic provides evidence-based assessment and management for ADHD for children, adolescents, and adults.

Who Can Access This Service?

The clinic currently supports:

• Adults
• Adolescents aged 17 years and above
• Children aged 8 years and above
• Patients with a previous ADHD diagnosis requiring ongoing care

Assessments follow recognised DSM diagnostic criteria to ensure comprehensive and safe care.

Collaborative ADHD Care

We also support:

• Collaboration with parents, schools, and allied health providers
• Shared care arrangements with psychiatrists
• Medication monitoring and long-term ADHD management

📞 How to Book

To arrange an ADHD assessment, please call the clinic directly to book an initial standard appointment.

💲 Fees

• Initial appointment – $35 gap fee
• Two follow-up 60-minute appointments – $250 gap fee each
• Subsequent appointments – $35 standard gap fee

Dr Kamal provides ADHD assessments exclusively at Klemzig Village Medical Clinic.

Lucy is a warm and approachable psychologist. She supports individuals over 18 years of age and is committed to providing a high-quality psychological service.
Lucy treats a range of concerns including depression, anxiety, burnout, relationship issues, and work-related injuries.
Using a collaborative approach, her aim is to help individuals better understand their thoughts and feelings and create meaningful change.
In her practice, Lucy uses a range of psychological interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT).
Her interests are in running, tennis, AFL and fashion. In her spare time, she likes to exercise, travel, and spend time with friends and family.l
