Level Up Abilities LUA is all about supporting the participants to feel empowered to live and to be their most confident and authentic selves.

Level Up Abilities (LUA) was founded because we saw that there isn't a safe space for people with disabilities to learn and express themselves away from societal expectations and judgment. We aim to achieve this by having small facilitated run sessions in a private hall to explore areas such as performing arts, sport, nature walks, cooking and much more. We do this to assist the participants in th

eir skills development, social and community participation, daily living and to encourage building relationships. We are a small business of 2 at the moment, therefore we can build strong meaningful relationships between the participants and their families/carers. LUA aims to change the stigma around people with disabilities and to change the language we use around them to pick them up and to be valued members of our society.
