From 3 June, we’ll be completing 1,654 push-ups over 24 days to help raise awareness for mental health and su***de prevention, while also raising much-needed funds for this important cause.

Every push-up represents the lives impacted by mental health struggles — and every donation, big or small, can make a difference.
