After much deliberation I have made the very difficult decision to close my clinic doors (including sauna and plunge facilities). I will no longer take new clients, but very happy to continue servicing my existing clients.

My time and focus is now needed to help my husband more consistently in his business Narellan Pools FNQ.

It has been an amazing 10 years!

I am incredibly grateful to the community who I have cared for over the decade in trusting me with yourselves but also your families.

I have loved every minute of it, and it has brought me so much joy to see people regain their health and capacity to live their lives as they wish.

This will not be forever, however it will be for however long I am needed which may be for a few years.

Fortunately we have many new budding healthcare practitioners opening their doors in the community so it’s wonderful to continue to have choice and help for natural options for your health care.

Again my heart has always been so full of love and gratitude for following my dream to help people naturally with their health and wellbeing.

And when the timing is right I will return one day 🙏🏽💜✨
