Introducing Maree , read some of her story below . I am truly grateful to know you and be a part of your journey Maree . Thankyou . From Maree below . 🙏🦅❤️ I did it my first 10km run ✅🏃‍♀️at 55 years old..
I truly believe the consistency of Pilates has made it possible for someone who couldn’t run 100m 6 months ago to now running around 25kms a week. Thank you so much Tara for your amazing training in Pilates and the personal care I see you have with every client. Enjoy the long weekend and I’ll see you Tuesday 💕 now to work out my next goal 🤔😂

I am thrilled to share this success story from one of our long standing clients and friends at Tara Pilates . Fiona you are a trail blazer ! An example of what can happen when one’s actions speak louder than words . Thankyou for giving me to opportunity to help you achieve your fitness goals . Please read Fiona’s story below . After five months of illness last year, it was going to be a bit of a push to get me ready in time and Fit for Dragonboat states championships.
I also sustained a pretty bad crash while Cycling a rail trail in Queensland injuring my good shoulder.
Tara really helped me with semi private and private lessons to isolate supporting muscle groups and to help my Dragonboat and fitness within the boat.
On the weekend, we did a PB in the women’s open 200 Metres
Winning bronze in the breast cancer survivor category for the 200 and 500 m races.
