I am thrilled to share this success story from one of our long standing clients and friends at Tara Pilates . Fiona you are a trail blazer ! After five months of illness last year, it was going to be a bit of a push to get me ready in time and Fit for Dragonboat states championships.
I also sustained a pretty bad crash while Cycling a rail trail in Queensland injuring my good shoulder.
Tara really helped me with semi private and private lessons to isolate supporting muscle groups and to help my Dragonboat and fitness within the boat.
On the weekend, we did a PB in the women’s open 200 Metres
Winning bronze in the breast cancer survivor category for the 200 and 500 m races.
