Stories like this are an important reminder that autism doesn’t have one look, one age, or one story. For some people, receiving a diagnosis later in life can provide clarity around their experiences, strengths, challenges and the way they experience the world.

At Let’s Talk Support, we believe understanding neurodiversity is about looking beyond a diagnosis and recognising the whole person β€” their strengths, individuality, communication, needs and experiences.

πŸ’¬ Sometimes having the right understanding can help us replace β€œWhat’s wrong with me?” with β€œThis helps me understand myself.”

Let’s continue creating communities where neurodivergent people feel understood, accepted, included and empowered to be themselves. πŸ’™πŸŒˆ

Robbie Williams has revealed he has recently been diagnosed with autism, saying the discovery has helped explain parts of himself he previously struggled to understand.

The 52-year-old, who has also spoken openly about ADHD and Tourette syndrome, said the diagnosis has brought some relief and given him a clearer understanding of the way his mind works.

🧱 What an amazing end to our School Holiday Block Builders program! 🧱

What a fantastic couple of weeks it has been! We loved watching children build, create, problem-solve, work together and let their imaginations run wild. From incredible structures to new friendships, every session was filled with creativity, laughter and fun.

A huge thank you to all of the children and families who joined us over the school holidays and helped make the program such a success. We can’t wait to see where your building adventures take you next!

✨ The fun doesn’t have to stop! ✨

Due to the success of our holiday program, Let’s Talk Support will now be running Block Builders every Monday during Term 3 at Maitland Family Support.

πŸ“… Starts: Monday 20th July
πŸ•“ Time: 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm
πŸ“ Location: Maitland Family Support
πŸ’² Cost: $10 per session
🀝 Children attending with a support worker are welcome. NDIS participants are encouraged to contact us to see if their funding may cover the program.

Places are limited, so we’d love to see both familiar and new faces join us for another term of building, creating and having fun together!
