Back home from camping and slowly finding my way through the mountain of washing, unpacking, sandy shoes, and absolute chaos 😅

But honestly… I’d do it all again tomorrow.

There’s something so special about unplugging from the world for a little while. Sitting by the river, watching the kids squeal with excitement over “another fish!”, sticky marshmallow fingers, fresh air, tired little faces, and slowing down enough to really soak it all in 💙

I already miss the simple moments the most.

The mess, the packing, the unpacking, the endless washing… somehow it all feels worth it for the memories made in between ✨

Just a little update from me… I’ve decided to open up a few Tuesdays each month at the healing space for sessions.

I know life can get so busy, and sometimes Thursdays don’t always work for everyone, so I wanted to create a little more flexibility for those needing some time to pause, breathe, and reconnect with themselves.

Whether you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, stuck in your head, or simply needing a moment of calm… my space is always here for you.

I truly love being able to hold space for you all, and I’m so grateful for every person who walks through my doors.

Tuesday appointments will be limited each month, so if you’ve been thinking about booking in, send me a message anytime.

Packed the camper, switched on holiday mode, and heading off the grid for a little while 🌿🏕️

I’ll be offline for the next week enjoying family time, slow mornings, campfires, and making memories with my favourite people 🤍

I won’t have service for most of the trip, so messages will be returned once I’m back home.

Appointments are now available on limited Tuesdays and my regular Thursdays.

For those who can’t make daytime appointments around work or family commitments, I also offer a small number of after 5pm sessions on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.

Truthfully… I don’t always have it all together.

Some days feel messy, loud, emotional, and overwhelming.

But give me some incense burning, a little RnB playing through the house, and somehow I start finding my sparkle again. ✨

Those tiny comforts.
Those familiar songs.
Those slow moments to reset.

Sometimes healing looks less like perfection
and more like dancing in the kitchen, deep breaths, and singing along like nobody’s listening. 🤎
