I became a reiki practitioner, which combines my philosophy of love, kindness and positivity; my experience as a hands-on beauty & massage therapist; my signature “tickles” and need to help others feel better. I love to help stressed women who are going through identity crisis or some sort of major change in their life, eg menopause, divorce, career change, empty nest or any kind of life “bump” :)


I love to help men who are struggling in maintaining their stress levels, finding balance and centre, and looking for a solution. I offer my own blend of Reiki Rituals - distance as well as facials. Something really powerful just happened as I am sitting and preparing for tonight’s online circle…

As I always do, I pulled a card to feel into the energy we’d be working with and Hekate came through.

She is the goddess of the crossroads.
The one who appears when you’re standing between what was… and what’s next.

Not to give you the answer,
but to help you trust yourself enough to choose.

And honestly, that feels exactly like the energy so many of us are in right now.

This circle isn’t about having it all figured out.
It’s about reconnecting with your inner fire, clearing the noise, and finding your own clarity … your way.

If you’ve been feeling:

- like something is shifting but you can’t quite name it

… then this is for you.

It’s not too late to join us tonight.
7pm, come as you are. It’s online so you can be comfy in your own home. Just bring your cacao if you have it, a journal and pen, and be ready to connect, relax and be.

🌑 Samhain Circle | In Person Gathering (Melbourne West) 🌑

As we move toward Samhain (that sacred threshold where the veil thins and the truth within rises) I’ll be holding a live circle in my Kurunjang studio.

This is a space to pause…
to honour the turning of the wheel…
and to gently release what is ready to fall away.

Each circle I hold is intentionally created to align with the energy of the season, including a meaningful ritual or activity to anchor the experience into the body - not just something you attend, but something you feel and carry with you.

✨ Guided meditation, reflection & ritual
✨ Gentle, grounded and welcoming space
✨ Open to all levels of experience

I feel deeply connected to the moon. She has the ability to reach into my soul and remind me of who I am.
As I was driving to work yesterday, I stopped briefly to capture this shot of her radiance. She was low, bright and large.
My photography does little to capture this … but I don’t care. It is the memory of the feeling.
And as they say “progress over perfection”.
