Patrick Rowe is one of our experienced physiotherapists. He works with active individuals, athletes, and clients recovering from injury, persistent pain, and those returning to sport or regular activity.
Pat is a local expert back to his home town, bringing first-class treatment to the Macedon Ranges. He's previously played football for Trentham and Kyneton, giving him a strong understanding of the demands placed on regional athletes and active community members.
He has a particular interest in ankle sprains and instability, especially in sports like netball where jumping, landing, and changes of direction place high stress on the ankle.
His approach combines physiotherapy with strength and movement-based rehab, focusing on long-term recovery, not just short-term symptom relief, with the goal of restoring confidence and performance.
Alongside his clinical work, Pat is a world-class lecturer on ankle at Victoria University and works as Team Physiotherapist for Melbourne University Lightning and Netball Victoria, reflecting a high level of expertise in his field.
Outside of work, he’s usually running, training in the gym, or out hiking.
Patrick is available for appointments at Maple. To book, contact the clinic or visit https://maplephysiotherapy.com.au/book
