A look inside Maple.
A space where rehabilitation, strength and community come together.
We're proud to call it home, and grateful to share it with the people who walk through our doors each day.

As Maggie moves on to her next adventure, we'd like to acknowledge the care, warmth and dedication she has brought to Maple and our community.

We're grateful for the role she has played in helping so many people feel welcomed and supported, and feel fortunate to have shared part of the Maple journey with her.

We wish her every success in what comes next and look forward to seeing where her journey takes her!

While we'll miss having Maggie around the clinic, our team remains here to support you, with Dave, Lily and Shae continuing to look after classes and clients, and Georgie returning in July.

Thank you, Sonya 💛

Eight years of care, commitment, and community - we’re so grateful for everything you’ve brought to Maple. Wishing you all the best for what’s next.

While Sonya moves on to her next chapter, Lily, Shae, and Dave will continue to support her clients, as we look forward to the return of Georgie in July!

As I finish up my time as an osteopath, I’ve been reflecting on just how special the last eight years have been. To the Macedon Ranges community, and to everyone I’ve had the privilege of working with through Good Self and Maple over the years - thank you.

I have never felt so supported, welcomed, and surrounded by such warm, kind people. Your encouragement, kindness, and sense of community have meant more than I can properly put into words, and have helped shape not only the business, but me personally as well. Kate and I will always be so grateful for the friendships and connections that came from this chapter.

I’m also incredibly excited for the future of Maple with James Dickinson and the team, and I know the community will continue to flourish in such great hands.

Thank you again for being part of such a meaningful chapter of our lives.

- Sonya

Patrick Rowe is one of our experienced physiotherapists. He works with active individuals, athletes, and clients recovering from injury, persistent pain, and those returning to sport or regular activity.

Pat is a local expert back to his home town, bringing first-class treatment to the Macedon Ranges. He's previously played football for Trentham and Kyneton, giving him a strong understanding of the demands placed on regional athletes and active community members.

He has a particular interest in ankle sprains and instability, especially in sports like netball where jumping, landing, and changes of direction place high stress on the ankle.

His approach combines physiotherapy with strength and movement-based rehab, focusing on long-term recovery, not just short-term symptom relief, with the goal of restoring confidence and performance.

Alongside his clinical work, Pat is a world-class lecturer on ankle at Victoria University and works as Team Physiotherapist for Melbourne University Lightning and Netball Victoria, reflecting a high level of expertise in his field.

Outside of work, he’s usually running, training in the gym, or out hiking.

Patrick is available for appointments at Maple. To book, contact the clinic or visit https://maplephysiotherapy.com.au/book

At Maple Physiotherapy & Performance, we exist for one simple reason:

To help people get back to doing what they love, without pain holding them back.

That might mean returning to sport.
Keeping up with your kids.
Walking comfortably.
Building strength after injury.
Or simply feeling confident in your body again.

We believe great physiotherapy is more than treatment- it’s education, support, and a plan that actually fits your life.

Because when you move well, life feels better.

That’s our why.
