A big shoutout to Lily, Dave, Abby and James, who completed their Clinical Pilates course at Universal Pilates a few months ago to further develop their knowledge!

Since then, they’ve been putting their training into practice and continuing to grow their skills in our Clinical Pilates sessions.

We’re proud of our team for their commitment to learning and development, and for bringing that knowledge into the way they support our clients every day.

A little time set aside for learning and collaboration. Our team regularly takes part in a group professional development session, run by Pat Rowe, sharing knowledge, building on skills and learning together.

We’re always looking for ways to keep learning and growing as a team, so we can continue to provide thoughtful, evidence-informed care to our community.

A look back at our Menopause Information Session!

A few weeks ago, we welcomed Dr Madison Stephen, to Maple for an informative evening exploring menopause and the importance of understanding the changes that can happen throughout this stage of life.

It was a great opportunity to hear from a GP, ask questions and have open conversations in a relaxed and supportive setting.

Thank you to Madison for sharing her knowledge with our community, and to everyone who came along and got involved.

We loved seeing the conversations that came out of the evening and hope everyone took away something useful!
