My path began with the ancient arts of Tai Chi & Qigong many years ago, and it is a journey that has taken me through to Level 4 Qigong Instructor under Master Simon Blow, Level 1 Tai Chi for Arthritis and Falls Prevention, 1st Dan Sh*toryu, 1st Dan TSD.

Weekly Meditation Sessions

Chenrezig Practice 9.30am Meditation 10.30am to 11.30am

NO Sunday Morning practices for 2 weeks.

These sessions are by donation, suggested donation for these sessions, $5/$10.
Please bring sarong/towel for cushions and do not attend if you have any flu or cold like symptoms.
