Feast for Health is a team of experienced and passionate dietitians who are based across the Central Coast, Lake Macquarie and Newcastle regions of NSW. Our dietitians are available to deliver friendly, professional, and effective nutrition services in RESIDENTIAL AGED CARE FACILITIES. We also love to deliver nutrition education talks to community groups and private organisations.

PLEASE NOTE: WE NO LONGER DELIVER INDIVIDUAL PATIENT SERVICES. WE CLOSED ALL OF OUR GP CLINIC OUTPATIENT ROOMS IN AUGUST 2023.

Feast for Health are looking for a dedicated APD to join our lovely team. We have a 3 day/wk employee position available, to start ASAP (ideally before the end of Oct). It is an existing role to take over, consisting of a mix of outpatient clinic work, nutrition education program facilitation, and aged care facility consulting. WE ARE HIRING!!

We are looking for a dedicated Accredited Practicing Dietitian to join our team. It is an employee role, to initially commence at 3 days per fortnight. We are ideally looking for someone who will be willing to increase those hours once the work becomes available.

The majority of the work is located on the Central Coast, however applicants must be willing to travel to multiple consulting locations. Some work may also be located in Newcastle and The Hunter in future.

FUN FOOD FACT: 'A' is for ALMOND!
Almonds are a nut that are rich in healthy fats, fibre and plant protein. Almonds are a great source of Vitamin E which is a key antioxidant in the body. It's also a good source of calcium and B-group vitamins too.
Why not sprinkle a handful to your salad for some extra crunch, sprinkle some roasted almonds over your next curry or simply grab a handful on-the-go as a snack to help cut those hunger pangs!

FUN FOOD FACT: 'B' is for BEETROOT!
This beautifully vibrant vegetable is one of the best sources of dietary nitrates which play a key role in helping to relax blood vessels and lower blood pressure! Beetroots are a great source of folate and phytonutrients, which give them antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
Try adding raw beetroot to homemade dips for a vibrant purple colour, grated raw beetroot to wraps or sandwiches or even roast them up with some extra virgin olive oil!
