If you know me you’ll know I call myself “woo woo!” 😁
I was scrolling trying to find something that resonated with me (!!) when I saw this person’s comment on a medium’s post. I checked her page and found this…
I am very much spiritually guided every day 💫
I gave a little laugh when I saw it…my beautiful Gran’s 🕊️ name was Annie, but she was known by her middle name as she didn’t like the name Annie ~ I love it 🤍

As the song 🎶 goes “…she offers me protection and a lot of love and affection…”
My Gran was and still is, my guiding light, my confidant and very best friend.
For me, this is her way of letting me know she is around e v e r y day 🤍🫶🏼

Have you ever had that unsettled feeling…
and wondered, where do I belong? Where do I breathe… like, really breathe?

Not because you don’t love where you are, but because sometimes you find pieces of yourself in different places.

For me, the ocean is home 🌊
The trees bring stillness and wisdom 🌳
And then there’s the red dirt country… a place I feel grounded and connected🦘

Maybe belonging isn’t always about one place. Maybe it’s about noticing the places where you feel most like yourself.

Where do you go or what do you do when you need to find your feet again? 🤍

Not everything we inherit is ours to keep. 🤍

Sometimes we reach a point where we begin to see things differently. We become aware of the beliefs, emotions and patterns we no longer want to carry forward.

We question. We look within. We recognise.

And perhaps, for the first time, we realise we have a choice… and permission to choose differently.

For ourselves.

For our children.

Sometimes change begins quietly.

With one person choosing differently. 🤍

My intention for this month…

To keep showing up with a quiet heart, continue learning, and welcome people into a space where they feel safe, seen and supported.

MEN… OH… PAUSE.

Ladies… can we talk about it? 🤍

It’s more than hot flushes.

It can be the restless nights, the emotions, the sudden wave of heat that starts in your head and slowly works its way through your body… one leg hanging out the side of the bed… the quilt on… the quilt off… the added pounds that seemed to arrive overnight… the brain fog… the exhaustion… or simply not quite feeling like yourself.

But what if there’s another side to menopause?
A gentler, kinder side 🤍

In Japan, menopause is known as konenki, often translated as “renewal years,” “energy season,” or even “second spring.”

I love that way of looking at it.

A time when wisdom deepens, experience is honoured, and we embrace all that’s still to come.

Perhaps it’s the beginning of a beautiful new chapter. 🤍

Sometimes we don’t know exactly what we need… we just know we need a little time. Maybe a little support.

People come to Salt and Soul Reiki for all kinds of reasons.

I love grounding and connecting with Mother Earth. 🤍

Grounding has a gentle way of calming my mind and body. When everything becomes quiet, that’s often when I hear the guidance that’s meant for me.

Spending a few quiet moments with your feet in the sand can help calm your mind, settle your nervous system and reconnect you with the present moment.

Take a few slow breaths.
Feel the sand beneath your feet.
Just be.
