🤍 A Shamanic Healing Reflection 🐺🤍

One of the most profound moments of the journey was becoming aware of my husband.

He wasn’t physically there, yet I could see him squatting quietly just outside my space.

As the healing drew to a close, I felt his energy move closer. Not through words and not through touch, but through a deep sense of love, warmth and support.

It felt as though I was being gently surrounded by his presence.

It was one of the most beautiful parts of the experience and a reminder that love has a way of reaching us in the moments we need it most. 🤍

Hi beautiful souls!

Can you believe it’s been 3 years since I was last reading for the collective?! I think it’s about time I came out of hiding and started to get back into my gift again.

Thank you to everyone who reached out. I have been going through, what I could only call a second awakening, except this time it stripped me of all my spiritual ego, specialness and doubts about my gift.

I’ve updated the logo and got my trusty decks on hand, it’s time to step up and into my power again. Sometimes we need a bit of time away to reflect, heal and readjust, so we can come back stronger and focussed.

Considering the way of the world and the energies at play, what better time to come back into alignment with my offerings.

We spend so much time listening to our thoughts that we sometimes forget to listen to our bodies.

Your body may be asking for rest.
It may be asking for movement.
It may be asking for stillness.
Or perhaps it’s simply asking to be noticed.

Today, before you rush into the next thing, pause for a moment.

🤍 What feels good in my body?
🤍 What feels uncomfortable?
🤍 What might I need a little more of today?

A little awareness and a gentle moment of checking in with yourself can sometimes set the tone for your day.

One of the things I love about Reiki is how uniquely each person experiences it.

Recently, a client sat up after his session feeling completely bewildered by what had just happened.

Another client told me he felt like he was in another world and kept forgetting to breathe.

Some are super emotional.

Others feel incredibly peaceful.

And some see colours, images or feel they left their body.

No two sessions are ever the same.

What one person experiences may be completely different to the next.

I think that’s because Reiki doesn’t follow a script.

It simply meets people where they are.

And sometimes that can be quite surprising. 🤍
