Using deep relaxation techniques allows you to enter a deep, relaxed, focused state where your conscious mind takes a “rest” and allows your subconscious mind to be open to communication and suggestion, allowing you to release negative, long held belief patterns that hold you back in life, and cause emotional and physical pain. Permanent change is possible in one session but often three to five sessions are recommended. Ask yourself: "what state of being am I in right now?" And also "did I consciously enter this state, or was I taken into it unconsciously? Or was I already there?"
