Your throat and your cervix are connected — every clenched jaw is a message to stay closed, every moan or hum is a message to soften. This is why the silent ones in bed are often the ones bracing through period cramps and contractions. Start using your voice, don’t suppress it! ❤️

We hear a lot about burnout in motherhood, but rarely about what’s actually causing it.

It’s not just the laundry, the dishes, the meal prep, or the endless to-do list.

It’s carrying the invisible load.

Remembering who needs what. Planning ahead. Managing everyone’s emotions. Anticipating problems before they happen. Holding everything together while trying not to fall apart yourself.

The truth is, many mums aren’t burnt out because they’re doing motherhood wrong.

They’re burnt out because they’re carrying more than one nervous system was ever designed to carry.

If you’ve been feeling exhausted, overstimulated, short-tempered, anxious, or like you’re constantly running on empty, your body might not be asking you to try harder.

It might be asking you to slow down and regulate.

💕 Comment “BURNOUT” and I’ll send you my Daily Nervous System Reset Checklist to help you feel calmer, more regulated, and less overwhelmed throughout the day.

Our bodies have been through so much through pregnancy, birth and the fourth trimester. They are trying to find their way back but in an entirely new environment and lifestyle.

This can show up in our luteal phase as the PMS we may never have predicted was coming.

Looking at different factors that are putting extra stress on our bodies like sleep deprivation, eating our kids leftovers or nibbling when we can without a full nutritious meal, overstimulated, less socialisation, forgetting to drink enough water, and many more. By making small adjustments that are supportive throughout our cycles, can help minimise and support PMS in our luteal phase.

Follow along for more - let me know if you want any how to tips, and I’ll make another video xx

You are not a bad mum ❤️

Postpartum rage is more common than anyone talks about, and it has nothing to do with how much you love your child or how good of a mum you are.

When you’re running on broken sleep, flooded with shifting hormones, and your nervous system is completely overwhelmed, your body responds.

But here’s what changes everything - understanding why it’s happening.

Because when you know what’s driving the rage, you can start to support yourself. Daily habits that regulate your nervous system. Tools you can reach for in the moments you need them most.

And slowly, become a more emotionally aware mum. One who actually gets to enjoy this season, not just survive it.

You deserve that 🤍

Save this if you needed to hear it. And if this is you right now, come find me, it is exactly what I help mums with

If you’re awake at 2am googling where your period went while feeding your baby with one b**b out and one eye open… this is your reminder that your body is not broken, it’s doing what it needs to do to nourish this new baby 🤍

So many mums panic when their cycle doesn’t return straight away postpartum, especially while breastfeeding. But the truth is, there are SO many factors involved.

Your hormones.
Your nervous system.
Your sleep.
Your nourishment.
Your stress levels.
How often you’re feeding.
How deeply your body is still recovering.

Postpartum asks so much from women, physically, mentally, emotionally, hormonally. And somewhere in the middle of caring for everyone else, so many mums disconnect from themselves completely.

I want you to know:
you deserve support too.

You deserve to understand your body without fear.
You deserve to feel connected to yourself again.
And you deserve spaces that remind you your body is intelligent, not inconvenient

If this is the kind of support you’ve been needing lately, stay awhile. You’re safe here 🤍

This shift into supporting postpartum mothers is something that has been deeply calling me. It’s an area where support and true community can often feel like it’s missing or hard to find. We don’t fully realise how valuable a village is until we’re in the depths of motherhood… and that’s usually when we need it most.

While there are some beautiful communities already being created, I also want to build a space where mothers feel safe to express themselves, share their stories, learn, connect, and have fun along the way. A space to learn about our bodies in ways we were never taught, reconnect with ourselves beyond motherhood, support our cycles, and understand just how life-changing a healthy, supported cycle can be.

My current offer is a personalised 12-week 1:1 coaching experience for touched-out mums who feel disconnected from the body or cycle they once knew and are craving support without the overwhelm.

Let’s create this village together. A safe, sacred community where we can empower one another to become healthy, strong, confident mothers 🤍

Share this with a mum friend who’s one cold coffee away from feral behaviour, and don’t forget to follow along while we build the village we all deserved 💕

I still catch myself doing it.

Folding a tampon into my palm. Sliding it up my sleeve. Tucking it into my bra before walking to the bathroom — like I’m smuggling something illegal.

I work in a female-dominated industry. A hair salon. We are all doing it. Nobody says anything. We just… keep hiding.

That’s what years of shame does. It makes something completely normal feel like something to be embarrassed about.

So this Menstrual Awareness Month, I want to talk about it — not just the cycles, not just the hormones — but the deep, quiet shame that starts the second we hit puberty and follows us into boardrooms, staff bathrooms, and family dinners.

Carrying a period product should feel as normal as carrying your lip balm.

It happened to you too. I know it did. 👇 Tell me I’m not alone in the comments.

Exhausted. Irregular periods. Dismissed by your doctor.

I’ve been exactly where you are.

I spent years searching for answers conventional medicine wasn’t giving me.

So I trained as a certified menstrual cycle coach and built the program I wish had existed.

Bloating. Acne. No libido. Cravings. A period that shows up whenever it wants — or not at all.

Your body isn’t broken. It’s communicating. I’ll show you how to listen.

The Predictable Cycle Method — 6 weeks.
Real answers.
A community that holds you.
Starting April 28

Deep in the luteal phase, you just become a couch potato 🤷🏼‍♀️🥔

17/04/2026

I had irregular cycles, crushing exhaustion, acne, no libido, and a doctor who told me everything looked fine.
I know exactly how alone that feels.

I spent years searching for real answers. I trained as a certified menstrual cycle coach. And I created The Predictable Cycle Method — the program I desperately needed and couldn’t find.

If you’re living with this:
→ Exhausted all day, wired at night
→ Period that’s late, missing or unpredictable
→ Bloating, cravings, acne, mood swings
→ Zero libido
→ Dismissed by your GP
→ Tried everything — and still not there

Nothing is wrong with you. Your symptoms are connected. Your body has been trying to tell you something — and once you understand what, everything shifts.

Here’s what we cover in 6 weeks together:
→ Why your cycle is doing what it’s doing — and what’s driving it
→ What every symptom is actually communicating
→ How your nervous system, environment, nutrition and emotions all connect
→ How to track your cycle even without a regular bleed
→ How to nourish your body so it works with you, not against you
→ How to build something sustainable that fits your real life

But more than the content — you will feel held in this space.
A community of women who get it. A coach who has lived it. No rushing, no dismissing, no one-size-fits-all answers.

Just real support, finally.

Starting April 28.
Early bird pricing ends April 20 — use code EB26 at checkout.

Link in bio or DM me CYCLE — I’ll send you everything you need to know.
You don’t have to do this alone anymore. 🌸
