To commit to a duty of care, ongoing case support and professional development, we will undertake monthly confidential and professional supervision with accredited Psychotherapist/Cousnellors/Therapist/ Psychologist. Within this context your case may be discussed. All information shared in the client/ therapist relationship or therapist/ supervisor relationship is confidential. All personal information, case notes and other relative documentation will be stored and protected in accordance with state and federal privacy legislation. Duty of Care

The initial two sessions serves a purpose to assess whether this service is appropriate in meeting the needs of the client. At times other support services will be suggested to use in conjunction with current therapy or in some cases a client may be referred onto another service. Termination of services

The client can terminate this service at any stage. It is usually in the client and the therapists best interest

We’re proud to have Natasha on our team, who has been with CRAMLI for over 12 months and brings 15+ years’ experience in mental health, AOD, and forensic settings.

We currently have immediate capacity for both Counselling in the southeast and Behaviour Support across Victoria.

We have offices located in Pakenham and Frankston that our clients can attend if travel funding is limited. We also have local practitioners based out in the North-West of Victoria to reduce travel time.

We’re Excited to Announce Our New Pakenham Office!

We’re proud to share that our brand-new Pakenham office is now open!
This move is an important step in strengthening our commitment to local, accessible, and community‑focused support. By creating a dedicated hub in Pakenham, we’re able to better support both our staff and our participants with services that are closer to home.

What’s Available:
- In‑clinic Behaviour Support appointments
- Immediate capacity for both in‑clinic and in‑community support
- A welcoming, purpose-designed space for our participants and team

Our new office gives us the opportunity to grow our presence in the community while ensuring our participants can access high‑quality services in a comfortable and local setting.
