We've made a few exciting additions to the Hub, creating even more opportunities for you to move, slow down, reconnect and take some time for yourself.
Alongside your favourite yoga and strength classes, we're excited to introduce Yoga Nidraโa deeply restorative guided practice designed to help calm the nervous system, reduce stress and leave you feeling rested and recharged.
We're also bringing back our Breathe & Meditation sessions in the Salt Room, combining the benefits of guided breathwork and meditation with the calming environment of dry salt therapy. The perfect space to slow down, clear the mind and reset.
Whether you're looking to build strength, improve flexibility, find stillness or simply carve out some time for yourself, there's a place for you here at the Hub. ๐
