🚀 Big Changes Underway at TerryWhite Chemmart Latrobe
Over the next six weeks, you’ll see some major upgrades happening inside the pharmacy — all designed to help us deliver faster service, reduce wait times, and open 7 days a week for our community.
We’re installing a Meditech dispensing robot, a major investment that will transform how we operate every day. This upgrade means:
✅Shorter wait times — the robot picks stock instantly
✅No more staff searching shelves — inventory is automated and precise
✅More clinical care — freeing our team to use all three clinic rooms
✅More pharmacist capacity — with our fourth pharmacist joining soon, plus two intern pharmacists.
These changes will help us deliver safer, faster, more accessible care for Latrobe and the North‑West.
As we make these upgrades, there will be some temporary disruption. We ask for your patience and support during this transition — because once complete, we’ll be here 7 days a week, with more services, more capacity, and more care for our community.
