Your body will tell you long before your mind will friends.
If you are feeling tired, overwhelmed, stressed, sleeping poorly or experiencing psychological and physical illness and unease, this is your body telling you something isn't working well.
We ignore this because we have so much to do, and often we tell ourselves that I'll just get this done and then...I'll look after myself
The mind will keep you trapped in this story, until it doesn't and you decide different.
I lovingly and gently want you to listen to me here. You have nothing more important to do than care deeply for yourself right now today. Please don't put this off until the time is right, the time will never be right.
And, importantly, remind you that you are welcome anytime to join my Tuesday, Friday and extended practice. Here we learn through mindfulness and awareness to nurture, care deeply and rest 🙌
You do not need to be 'good' at yoga, know what you are doing, or be flexible. You only need to commit the time and show up for you.
