This was my view for my daily sunrise yoga friends. Unbelievably magical. I'm still in awe at the beauty of it all.

I've landed back on the island, more connected to myself, to life and to my practice than I ever imagined possible.
And,
I'm really looking forward to seeing you next week. ♥️♥️

I'm heading off in July Friends. ✈️🌴🌞
The solitude and quiet is calling and it's time for me to immerse in my own practice once again. 🙌

Last practice will be Friday 10 July.
Resume as normal from Tuesday 28 July.

Carving out some precious time for what is important to me is like medicine for my soul.
But this pharmacy exists within, whenever i get a little quiet and be here. And in that space I'm struck by the beauty of it all.

Your body will tell you long before your mind will friends.

If you are feeling tired, overwhelmed, stressed, sleeping poorly or experiencing psychological and physical illness and unease, this is your body telling you something isn't working well.

We ignore this because we have so much to do, and often we tell ourselves that I'll just get this done and then...I'll look after myself
The mind will keep you trapped in this story, until it doesn't and you decide different.

I lovingly and gently want you to listen to me here. You have nothing more important to do than care deeply for yourself right now today. Please don't put this off until the time is right, the time will never be right.

And, importantly, remind you that you are welcome anytime to join my Tuesday, Friday and extended practice. Here we learn through mindfulness and awareness to nurture, care deeply and rest 🙌
You do not need to be 'good' at yoga, know what you are doing, or be flexible. You only need to commit the time and show up for you.
