WeKare Disability is looking for an experienced NDIS Support Coordinator to join our growing team — ready to start immediately!

📍 Locations: Tasmania - Launceston

✅ What You’ll Need:
✔️ Minimum 1 year NDIS Support Coordination experience
✔️ Solid knowledge of person-centred practice & NDIS systems
✔️ Cert IV in Disability, Community Services, Social Worker or similar (preferred)
✔️ NDIS Worker Screening Check (cleared)
✔️ Working With Children Check (if required in your state)
✔️ National Police Check (within 12 months)
✔️ Driver’s licence & reliable transport

Sandra has been working towards her goal of donating to the save the children fund . Sandra with the help of her support worker has today achieved that goal. Sandra held a market stall last weekend selling off donated goods and raised a whopping $260 to donate to her charity of choice. Well done Sandra we are very proud of your achievement .

It’s not every day one of your favourite racers has the time to have a photo, let you sit in their race car and to have a chat with you. But Adam garwood from garwood Motorsport took the time out of his day when racing at symmons to do that for brody. THe smile says it all and I’m told brody gives Adam a few driving tips as well 😉 thank you again to the garwood family and brodys support for taking him

Our rev head participant brody made sure he didn’t pass up the opportunity to jump into his favourite sprint car driver Steven wrigleys car on Saturday night after racing. Brody loves to support the drivers at the speedway and even after a rough days racing brody never fails to put a smile on their face and tell them how good of a driver they are. Absolute champion is this young man.

Our participant Leigh has recently been introduced to art therapy. Leigh is enjoying attending these classes and learning new skills every fortnight with his support worker . Well done to Leigh for trying new things and discovering he enjoys it.
