📍 Locations: Tasmania - Launceston
✅ What You’ll Need:
✔️ Minimum 1 year NDIS Support Coordination experience
✔️ Solid knowledge of person-centred practice & NDIS systems
✔️ Cert IV in Disability, Community Services, Social Worker or similar (preferred)
✔️ NDIS Worker Screening Check (cleared)
✔️ Working With Children Check (if required in your state)
✔️ National Police Check (within 12 months)
✔️ Driver’s licence & reliable transport
