Dr. Esho is an experienced medical practitioner with a strong interest in internal medicine, adult health, and the management of complex and chronic medical conditions.
He has built extensive clinical experience through many years of practice in general and internal medicine, including significant experience working across hospitals throughout Tasmania’s North West. He has also worked in acute care settings across Sydney, Darwin, and regional New South Wales and Victoria, caring for diverse communities across metropolitan, regional and rural Australia.

During his hospital training, he completed rotations across General Medicine, Respiratory Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Rehabilitation & Pain Management, and General Surgery, giving him broad clinical experience in caring for patients with a wide range of health concerns.

Passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based care, Dr. Razak is committed to helping his patients achieve the best possible health outcomes. He takes a patient-centred approach, working closely with individuals and families while providing care in line with current Australian clinical guidelines.

🍩 TEAM TREAT ALERT: DONUT WORRY, BE HAPPY!
Look who just saved the day (and our blood sugar levels)! Alison rolling up with a massive donut box and her trusty V Zero Sugar like the absolute legend she is. Because nothing says “we survived the week” like sugar, sprinkles, and a side of rocket fuel.

The whole crew showed up for the sugar heist — Emma, strawberry-scrub queen, and our smiling champion in blue Jeff and the crazy scrub man Micheal, all looking far too happy about these pastries.

We went from pizza dinner chaos in Launceston to donut breakfast/lunch/dinner, someone please hide the treats before we turn into a full bakery.

Alison, you’re not just a nurse, you’re a donut dealer with excellent taste in energy drinks 😉

🍕 CAUGHT SPYING ON THE TEAM DINNER MEETING! 👀
Shhh… don’t tell them I was lurking outside the Nurse meeting room like a proud clinic stalker! 😂
After a big day of Powered by V, Monster-charged Emma energy, and all the usual Health Nexus chaos, the Launceston crew locked themselves in for a “serious strategy dinner”… which quickly turned into full pizza anarchy with Domino’s boxes, endless cheese pulls, and laughter that could wake the patients.
Pineapple-on-pizza debates? Heated. Cheese string competitions? Legendary. Team bonding? Absolutely nailed.
These sneaky peeks into our team meetings prove one thing — we work hard, but we play (and eat) even harder. Nothing beats watching your crew turn a meeting room into a pizza party!
