This Sunday - sound therapy is a favourite component of our guided meditation sessions 💜 Our bodies respond energetically to the beautiful calming vibrations of healing sound, and those who join our monthly Nourish sessions, love the opportunity to rest, release and reset their nervous systems, with a range of gentle, simple and effective holistic practices.
