We are delighted to share our October 2025 Monthly Newsletter with you. This month has been full of exciting updates that strengthen our community and enhance the way we serve together.

🚐 Vehicle Stickers – Our three vehicles now proudly display Living Water Community Care branding, making us more visible in the community.
🪪 Staff ID Cards – All staff have received official ID cards to improve safety, trust, and professionalism.
🌳 Upcoming Outing – We’re planning a special outing for participants and staff. Details will be shared soon — stay tuned!

• A motivated Support Coordinator who actively engages with participants and providers
• Strong advocacy skills to help increase participant funding and support hours
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• A heart for inclusion, empowerment, and ethical service delivery
• Experience with complex needs, mental health, or culturally diverse communities is a plus

• Work closely with participants to understand their goals and needs
• Coordinate supports and services that reflect participant choice and control
• Identify opportunities to increase funding and hours through effective planning
• Collaborate with our team to ensure holistic, compliant, and responsive care
