Oak & Ember At Home has been something I’ve been quietly creating for a while, and I’m so excited to finally share it with you.

Homeopathy has changed the way I care for my own family, and one of the things I’ve become passionate about is making this knowledge feel less overwhelming and more accessible because I truly believe every home deserves access to the wisdom of homeopathy.

Not everyone is ready for a consult. Not everyone can invest in a kit straight away. And sometimes the first step is just understanding.

So I created Oak & Ember At Home.

A place to gather with your people, ask questions, learn the foundations of homeopathy, and begin to understand how remedies can support your family in everyday life.

No pressure or expectations. Just learning, conversation, and shared wisdom. A return to the old ways, where knowledge was passed around the table and homes were places of healing.

This year, Aconite 10M has absolutely blown me out of the water in clinic.

Time and time again I’ve watched it meet people right in the place where the nervous system has been stuck in shock, fear, and survival, sometimes for years, decades, sometimes from very recent trauma, and begin to gently shift that internal state.

It’s not just symptom change that’s blown me away, but the way it seems to touch something deeper, like it creates space for the body to finally stop bracing against life.

It’s a reminder of something I come back to often in practice: what we go through doesn’t just disappear with time. It gets held in the system. And when that holding pattern can finally be interrupted and released, the direction of a life can change.

Homeopathy continues to show me how powerful it is in this way, not by overriding the body, but by helping it release what it has been carrying, so true, deep, lasting healing has a chance to unfold.

Did you know that with homeopathic medicine, a dose is a dose.

If you place 2 drops under your tongue, that’s a dose. Place those 2 drops into your drink bottle, give it a little shake, each sip then becomes a dose.

Wait…what!?

Yep.

Unlike conventional medicine where more tablets equal a bigger dose, homeopathy works differently.

It’s about repetition of dosing, not measurement of dosing.

Sickness used to freak me out.

Runny nose? Stop it. Cough? Shut it down. Fever? Get rid of it ASAP.

I see it so differently now. I don’t see sickness as something to fight anymore, I see it as the body doing its job. Our bodies are designed to heal.

A fever is heat doing cleanup. A cough is clearing. A runny nose is release.

And instead of trying to shut it all down, now I lean in & support the body to what it knows how to do. To heal. I don’t suppress it.

Over the last couple of years I’ve watched this over and over, when we stop interfering so much, the body knows exactly what to do.

Illness isn’t just inconvenient. It’s an upgrade. Immune system training. Deep reset. A chance for the body to strengthen, not weaken.

We don’t always need to “fix” it.
Sometimes we just need to let the body finish its work.

Sometimes the body revisits old symptoms, injuries, or patterns that were never fully resolved, not because things are getting worse, but because homeopathic healing reaches the root.
