Letting Go — the art of releasing what weighs on the soul.
Yesterday I filmed a gentle little ritual with three balloons… each one holding something I’ve carried for far too long.
One balloon was Anxiety.
One was Letting go of the Unknown.
And the last was I’m Not Worthy.
Writing those words down… holding them… and then releasing them… felt lighter than I expected. Healing doesn’t always have to be heavy. It can be gentle, fun, symbolic, and soft. Sometimes the smallest rituals shift the biggest layers.
We all have layers — just like an onion — things we peel back, understand, and move through over time. And I once read a quote that stayed with me:
“Don’t keep opening a wound that has already healed.”
Sometimes we get pulled back into the same pattern because the lesson hasn’t fully landed yet. And often, it’s not the pattern itself that hurts the most — it’s the guilt and self‑punishment we place on ourselves for still feeling it.
Today, I’m choosing to let go of that too.
To soften.
To breathe.
To move forward with kindness.
If you’re moving through your own layers, you’re welcome to walk this week with me.
We’re learning, releasing, and creating space for a gentler tomorrow.
Much love,
