I’ve learnt that people don’t need to be rushed through what they’re feeling, they need to feel safe enough to be in it, to be met without pressure, without being asked to be anywhere other than where they are.

I’m not just meeting a moment, i’m meeting everything their nervous system is carrying, the tension, the protection, the stories held in the body.

When that is met with steadiness, patience and care, something begins to shift on its own. not because it was forced, but because it finally felt safe enough to soften 🤍
