Meet Sam💛

Behaviour Support Practitioner and the newest addition to Team Luminary.

Sam's path here wasn't exactly linear. Mechanic. Support worker. Day program manager. Practitioner across NSW, VIC and TAS (including three years FIFO to Tassie).

He's worked in child protection and SILs, built up serious experience along the way, and somehow landed exactly where he's meant to be. He shows up curious, grounded and genuinely invested in the people he works with.

Outside of work you'll find him on the basketball court, attempting golf with more enthusiasm than accuracy ⛳ or deep in a Sci-Fi rabbit hole.

Our director Mali has been moonlighting as a theatre kid and honestly? We are SO here for it 🎶✨

A bunch of us grabbed tickets to opening night of & Juliet and let’s just say… we did not expect to be cheering this loud for the boss man.

Singing. Dancing. Full send.

Mali absolutely smashed it and we are not taking any further questions at this time 🙌

This is what we mean when we say Luminary actually feels like a team. We show up for each other, whether that’s in a supervision session or the front row of a theatre 😄

Outback lover, country soul, quote collector, true crime enthusiast, devoted Mum and partner and someone who shows up for people with a kind of care that is genuine and authentic.

Rose has been an allied health assistant since 2023, and in that time she's brought something really special to the people she works alongside. She leads with compassion, connection and the belief that everyday moments matter just as much as the big ones.

She's not here to just tick boxes. She's here to make people feel seen, supported and less alone in whatever they're navigating.

As she'd probably say herself: "Work hard, be kind, and amazing things will happen to you." 🌟

Outside of work you'll find her soaking up wide open spaces, deep in a true crime podcast, or making memories with her family.
