Spectrum Training is a Registered Training organisation (2441) providing Nationally Accredited training in Community Services and Business through Face to face, e-learning and blended learning options to suit individual learners. In addition it provides a range of other training and leadership programs, including the Team Management Profile and DISC profile. Led by our Clinical Exercise Physiologist, this progressive, evidence-based program uses targeted resistance and bone-loading exercise to support bone strength, function and confidence with movement.

Suitable for those with osteoporosis, osteopenia, or anyone looking to proactively support their bone health.
