Light up your world PINK! for World Sepsis Day, 13th September 2026.

Communities across the country will shine PINK to raise awareness of Sepsis and honour the patients, survivors, bereaved and their loved ones affected by Sepsis.

Sepsis affects 84,000 Australians and sadly we lose 12,000 Australians every year. That’s more than Breast Cancer, Prostate Cancer and The national Road Toll combined (Sepsis Australia, 2026)

You can Light up PINK by

🩷 Lighting up your home, business, workplace or community space PINK
🩷 Wearing PINK and sharing your photos
🩷 Asking your council, MP to light up a local land mark PINK
🩷 Share your story or your loved ones sepsis story to raise awareness.

Sepsis Advocates will keep working to stop preventable deaths due to Sepsis.

I’m excited!

Three years!
So much has happened since that devastating day. But I know that you look down on us. Life hasn’t been easy without you but I know you send signs that things will be ok.
We all try everyday to make you proud. Our kids and grand babies are just the most wonderful people. That’s down to the wonderful role model you are.
We promise that even though you aren’t here, Tommy, Poppy, Lola and Antman will always know how much you love them.
God I miss you! I love you every second of every minute of everyday.

Hello there,
I just wanted to let you know that I’ve kept a bit busy with a few projects,
Thanks to the support of Debbie and Yvette and Mel there is something exciting coming soon! Hopefully it will be here in Sepsis September.

I realise my mind has been elsewhere at the moment. Anyone who knows me knows that that Dreadful day anniversary is right around the corner and I get into the dumps.
But it also makes me determined not to let anyone else go through this.
