🌸 SPRING HAS SPRUNG… AND SO HAVE THE SNEEZES! 🤧

The flowers are blooming, the birds are singing… and your nose has decided this is absolutely unacceptable 🙅🏼‍♀️

As we head into spring, we’re seeing lots more customers popping into LDC for help with hay fever and allergy relief 🫶🏻

But here’s something you might not know…

If you’re using your nasal spray incorrectly, you might not be getting the full benefit! 👀

And no, the goal isn’t to spray it straight up your nose and then sniff like you’re trying to inhale your entire face 🛑

👃 HOW TO USE YOUR NASAL SPRAY PROPERLY 👇🏻

1️⃣ BLOW
Gently blow your nose first to clear the way.

2️⃣ SHAKE
Give the bottle a good shake if the instructions say to.

3️⃣ LEAN FORWARD
Keep your head slightly forward — not tilted backwards.

4️⃣ AIM OUT 👉
This is the important bit! Insert the nozzle just inside your nostril and aim it slightly outwards, towards your ear — NOT towards the middle of your nose.

5️⃣ SPRAY & BREATHE GENTLY
Press the spray while taking a gentle breath in through your nose.

6️⃣ DON’T SNIFF LIKE A VACUUM CLEANER! 😂
A hard sniff can send the medicine straight down your throat instead of where it needs to work.

Then repeat on the other side if directed.

🌿 A little technique can make a big difference!
