Many of my patients come to me when the pain has become so intense they feel desperate for relief.
And I often find myself reflecting on how natural this pattern seems to be — to “soldier on,” push through, and be tough — even when the body has been feeling tight, tired, or just “not quite right” for a long time.
As a result:
an injury that reoccurs.
constant tension that gets ignored.
exhaustion and pain that slowly becomes normal.
If we don’t deal with things early, they often build until they feel unbearable — and only then do we finally do something about it.
And yet there is a quiet knowing… that when care for pain, stress, and wellbeing is woven earlier into how we live, we recover more easily, achieve more fully, and move through life with greater ease.
And I see you — not just the pattern, but the human being moving through it, in everyday life. 🤍
