Looking for a fun night out while supporting a great local cause?

Join us for the Woorayl Lodge Trivia Night Fundraiser on Saturday 4 July at the Leongatha RSL. Hosted by Deaksy from 3GG, the night will feature trivia, raffles, prizes and a memorabilia auction.

Can't make it on the night? You can still support our residents by purchasing a raffle ticket for your chance to win an Ovana Pizza Oven and Stand valued at $888, generously donated by the Lorenz IGA Group.

All proceeds will go towards enhancing the lives of residents at Woorayl Lodge.

💙 National Volunteer Week

This week, we would like to sincerely thank all of our wonderful volunteers at Woorayl Lodge for the incredible contribution they make to our residents and community.

Today, we would especially like to recognise Mary Jepson.

Mary has volunteered at Woorayl Lodge for around 26 years — showing up week after week, rain, hail or shine, with warmth, kindness and genuine care for our residents.

She takes the time to truly connect with people, sharing local stories, photos and memories that spark conversation, laughter and connection for residents.

Mary’s dedication, reliability and compassion have helped shape the warm and community-focused environment that Woorayl Lodge is known for today.

Thank you Mary, and thank you to every one of our volunteers. Your time, care and generosity make a real difference every single day.

📣 International Nurses Day

Today we recognise and thank our incredible nursing team for the care, skill and compassion they bring to Woorayl Lodge every single day.

Nursing is more than clinical care — it’s reassurance, kindness, advocacy, teamwork and being there for residents and families during both the good times and the difficult ones.

Pictured are some of our wonderful nurses — Elise, Ashleigh, Jaimee (Co-CEO Clinical Care) and Kim — alongside residents Jan and Vera, who were both nurses themselves.
