I’ve been working on something pretty important behind the scenes.

Strong Dads is evolving.

What started as a community exercise group has grown into something much bigger than I originally imagined.

And while getting dads moving, getting outside and connecting with other dads is still a big part of what I love about Strong Dads…

I’ve realised my bigger purpose is helping dads build a stronger foundation for fatherhood.

That’s where The Wholehearted Dad Program comes in.

It’s about the whole dad: mental, physical, emotional, social and relational wellbeing.

Not becoming a perfect dad.

Just becoming a more connected, confident and wholehearted one.

I’ve had a couple of conversations this week that reminded me I probably haven’t explained this change very well yet 😂

So if you’ve known Strong Dads as the dad exercise group…

There’s a little more to it now.

Same heart.

Bigger purpose.
