One of the things I love about gardening with kids is that it teaches patience. You can’t rush a seed. You just show up, do the work, and give it what it needs.

Four dads, one little sidekick, and what was meant to be a quick catch-up turned into two hours of genuine conversation, laughs, support and connection.

This is why Strong Dads exists.

Not to be perfect. Not to have all the answers. Just to create spaces where dads can show up as themselves and realise they’re not alone in this season of life.

Big things grow from small beginnings. 💙🧡
