Before // Our client presented with multiple dark spots, pigmentation and an uneven complexion.

The pigmentation was visible across the skin as distinct darker spots, alongside a more generalised unevenness in tone. Rather than being limited to one isolated concern, the client was experiencing a combination of individual pigmented areas and broader discolouration, which can make the complexion appear dull, patchy and less uniform.

During their consultation, our Dermal Clinicians discussed the client’s concerns, including the appearance of the individual dark spots, the overall unevenness of their skin tone and their desire for a brighter, more even-looking complexion.

A VISIA Skin Analysis was also completed to gain a deeper understanding of the skin, including pigmentation that may not be immediately visible to the eye. This helped our Dermal Clinicians assess the broader pattern of pigmentation and develop a treatment plan that addressed both the individual spots and the overall complexion.

From there, a personalised treatment plan was created using the Cutera Pico Enlighten laser. This combined Pico Genesis to target more widespread pigmentation and support a brighter, more even-looking skin tone, with targeted Pico spot treatments directed at the individual darker areas.

After three treatments, we can see a visible reduction in the appearance of the individual dark spots, along with an overall brighter and more even-looking complexion.

Our Vitality management team consists of Annette, Emily and Gemma. Each have their own journey, achievements and areas of expertise, but share the same vision: continually evolving, staying at the forefront of our industry and delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients.

Annette | Founder & Director
With over 30 years in the industry, Annette has built Vitality from the ground up, evolving it from a home-based salon into the multi-award-winning, science-driven clinic it is today. Her Bachelor of Health Science in Dermal Therapies, continued postgraduate education and commitment to innovation have shaped the standards we hold as a team.

Emily | Clinic Manager & Dermal Clinician
With 8 years at Vitality, a Diploma of Beauty Therapy, and a Bachelor of Dermal Science, Emily brings a passion for advanced technology, clinical skin treatments and cosmeceutical skincare. Her drive to continually expand her knowledge and embrace new innovations plays a key role in keeping Vitality moving forward.

Gemma | Clinic Manager & Dermal Clinician
