Hard to believe it’s already been 5 years!

.care.osteo turns 5!!! It feels like just yesterday we turned the key on our very first day. Who remembers the face masks that were making a fashion statement at that time!? 😷

A huge thank you to everyone who makes our clinic such a special place to work. Not pictured here include Amy, Ellie and Dean (& of course Frankie 🐶) - integral members of our team who weren’t in the clinic today.

The “Shotgun Technique” is a muscle energy technique named for the frequent loud pop it generates at the p***c symphysis. The technique is used for treating lumbopelvic pain. The goal of this technique is to use isometric muscle contractions to restore anatomical function, and increase the muscle activation and therefore stability around these joints.
