The other day I listened back to a manifestation meditation I’d recorded for myself.

And even though I was saying all the “right” things ...

It’s coming.
It’s here.
You have everything you need.

I could hear underneath it all was still the energy of:

I don’t have it yet.

That’s what I’m playing with now.

The shift from to .

Manifestation can make it feel like the thing you want is somewhere “out there”…

and you’re here, trying to attract it.

Materialising feels different.

It says:

what you have is already here.

You just need to it will materialize.

I'll let you know when it does! 🤩

Hope this helps you too ❤️

Our kids are little nervous systems reading our frequency.
They’re not only watching our actions, they’re feeling our truth.

So this week when I became aware of myself hiding my “bad habits,” I realized, I’m not protecting my kids ...
I’m quietly teaching: perform, conceal, pretend.

This is not a shame post, just an invitation to look in the mirror like I did.

Because when we complain life is not being fair, how authentic are we really being with ourselves?

And I've found the fastest way back to authenticity is simple: start with awareness.

I think the most powerful thing we can do right now is keep creating things that light us up.

It's as simple and as difficult as that.

Keep creating 💞

The word comes from the word or which is the Anglo-Saxon Goddess of Spring and Fertility.

Even though Easter is a Christian holiday, the name of Anglo-Saxon origin stuck.

It is that the Christians chose the Vernal (Spring) Equinox to celebrate the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ because at the same time in the Northern Hemisphere, Spring marked the coming back to of plants and trees that were gone for the winter.

I find this so very interesting and even more so that we celebrate this religious holiday nationally in Australia when it's autumn ...

The giving of eggs was also a Spring tradition in the western world pre-Christ, as eggs were seen as a sign of new life and rebirth.

It is said that the Christians adopted this tradition since the story of Easter is centered around new life and resurrection and wove this theme into the period leading up to Easter (lent) when Christians would fast or restrict the foods they could consume.

Christians would give each other eggs at the end of lent because it signified renewal of life and was a real treat and that's why eggs and Easter now go hand in hand.

And then there's the easterbunny 🐰

Which has a different origin all together.

Many believe that the Easter Bunny arrived in America in the 1700's with German immigrants who settled in Pennsylvania.

These people told tales of a mythic egg- laying rabbit and to celebrate his arrival - which in Europe was during Spring - children would make baskets as nests for this creature to lay it's coloured eggs.

Eventually this custom spread across the US and became a tradition of giving coloured eggs at Spring, which expanded to include sweets like chocolate and lollies.

I don't know about you but my family and community has celebrated Easter my whole life. It was only when my children starting asking me questions that I realised how unusual it is for us to be celebrating this conglomeration of ancient history at this time.

And it's so interesting to me how it has become a cultural norm and I'm not really sure anyone else around me actually knows why.

What does Easter mean to you?.🤔

If you've been wondering where I've been lately ...

I've been purging the good girl program 🤮

Sometimes the body refuses to keep performing.

If you’re in the in-between like me, you’re not broken.

You’re becoming.

Keep going 💕

You thought the thing.
You said you’d do the thing.
Then you ate hot chips instead.

Not because you’re lazy but because your nervous system reached for safe.

You can pray for the bus and then stand there and wait for the bus to come along ...
or you can pray for the bus and run like hell to catch it.

So here’s the question:
What feels unsafe about doing the thing and what’s the smallest step you could take today?

We think we’re good … and then suddenly we’re not.

We think we’ve dealt with it … and then suddenly we haven’t.

The fear still comes.

But in getting but curious about my fear.

Maybe it's not a problem.

Maybe fear is the edge of growth.

Maybe without it … we don’t grow ... 🌱

I highly recommend romanticising your life … passionately 😄

Like: dress up for absolutely no reason.

Put music on. Do something ridiculous.

Let your body remember you’re not here to just function.

Be the love of your own life - even if it’s only for 20 seconds between chores.

Be your own Valentine and have a beautiful day 💕💕

Yesterday I realised - there’s no day where life stops growing things.

So the w**ds are never done…
but that’s the point.

Thoughts. Feelings. Mess. Mood. Worry.

Little tendrils that creep in while you’re busy being human.

So I’m practising something simple:
daily tending — not dramatic fixing.

A few quiet minutes. A breath. One w**d at a time.
And then … I come back tomorrow.

The w**ds aren’t a problem.
They’re a practice.

Yes gently today friends 💕🌸🌿
