Evolve has been so much fun. Week 3 we covered boundaries and our protective bubbles. Each of us drew a circle around where we were standing and filled our protective circle with colours and marks. New dates for the Evolve woman’s group. Now starting next week the 11th of May. There is still time to secure your place. This would actually be a really special Mother’s Day present for the women in your life. This series of workshops is a kind and gentle gift to the self, it aims to bring light hearted joy and being more comfortable in the world whilst acknowledging your inner strengths.
