✨ We’re so proud of our amazing Rozie! ✨

This week, Rozie completed another one of her beautiful artworks, and we couldn’t be more excited to celebrate her achievements.

It has been wonderful watching Rozie continue to build her independence, confidence, and skills. Recently, she became a qualified barista, is completing her driving course, and continues to pursue her passion for creating art.

Seeing Rozie grow, challenge herself, and achieve her goals has been truly inspiring. Her dedication, creativity, and determination shine through in everything she does, and we can’t wait to see what she accomplishes next.

🎨☕🚗 Congratulations, Rozie! Your hard work, perseverance, and talent are something to be celebrated, and we are incredibly proud of everything you have achieved. 💕

🌻 Welcome Jason to Our Support Coordination Team 🌻

We’re excited to welcome Jason to our team at Three Little Birds Community Services.

Jason is an experienced Support Coordinator with strong, hands-on knowledge of the NDIS. As a parent of children who access the NDIS and someone who self-manages their plans, he brings a practical, real-world understanding of what it takes to coordinate supports effectively, navigate services, and advocate for meaningful outcomes.
Jason has a strong background in coordinating supports, working alongside allied health professionals, and building effective connections between participants, families, and service providers.

✨ Jason currently has capacity to accept new Support Coordination referrals.
If you or someone you support is looking for a knowledgeable and approachable Support Coordinator, please feel free to get in touch to discuss availability.
We’re very pleased to have Jason joining the team and supporting participants on their NDIS journey.

Warm regards,
Three Little Birds Community Services 🌻

Have you heard of the Sunflower? 🌻

The Hidden Disabilities Sunflower is a simple but powerful way for people to share that they may have a disability or condition that isn’t immediately visible. By choosing to wear the Sunflower, individuals can signal that they might need a little extra time, support, or understanding in everyday situations, whether that’s in shops, at work, on public transport, or out in the community.

Globally, 1 in 6 people live with disability, and many of these are not visible. These can include neurological, cognitive, sensory, and chronic health conditions, ranging from autism and ADHD to chronic pain, diabetes, and sleep disorders. Disabilities can also be temporary or situational, and each person’s experience and support needs are unique.

The Sunflower helps make the invisible visible in a respectful and discreet way. You might see the sunflower in the form of a pin badge, a wristband, or a lanyard around someone’s neck. It’s a small symbol with a big impact, encouraging awareness, inclusion, and kindness in everyday interactions. Just because you can’t see it, doesn’t mean it isn’t there. 🌻
