My heart is full watching these beauties bloom in my own yard, a perfect reminder each morning of Ho'oponopono is a gentle Hawaiian practice that invites us to take the steps to intentionally heal & forgive, reminding us of the beauty in taking responsibility for our actions ♡ Remembering that when you know better, you can always choose to do better, to lead your lifes choices with more love ♡

It's important to acknowledge this isn't a practice that condones bad behaviour, or allows you to permit bad behaviour towards you from others, but a chance to return to self, to step forward with love & choose what you allow to weigh you down & what can you let go of?
You have the power to choose to let go of all that no longer serves you, for the highest good of yourself & the highest good of all.
What can you embrace to grow & evolve further to keep returning to love? ♡
