Well, I just stepped right outside my comfort zone!
I’ve always worked one on one with my clients and throughly enjoy the closeness this experience this creates.

However in these most interesting and curious times I’ve had requests for Skype and FaceTime sessions from some of my clients.

Today I was contacted by a gorgeous client who told me how successful our session has been and the relief that it has given her.

Due to her testimony and my strong belief that people need support more now than ever before, I have decided to broaden my horizons and offer these online/ phone sessions to anyone that feels drawn to my work.

In these times of fear, isolating, scarcity and uncertainty our nervous systems are thrown into chaos and our bodies react in ways that are unfamiliar causing all manner of symptoms, physical, emotional, mental and psychological.

We’re all in this together, it’s not the end, it’s the beginning of a new way of living.
Change has been needed for a long time and we are in the birthing stage of this change.
The birthing stage is always painful, however brings forth new life!

I cried when I first learned that my body knew what I thought about it!!!!

I now love that’s it’s strong, it’s never let me down.
It’s the home of my inner being, the human vehicle in which I travel, and what a journey it’s been on so far!

Roundness, curves, dimples, imperfections one and all... I now truly love and accept you.

Today I asked my body what she needed,
Which is a big deal
Considering my journey of
Not Really Asking That Much.

I thought she might need more water.
Or protein.
Or greens.
Or yoga.
Or supplements.
Or movement.

But as I stood in the shower
Reflecting on her stretch marks,
Her roundness where I would like flatness,
Her softness where I would like firmness,
All those conditioned wishes
That form a bundle of
Never-Quite-Right-Ness,
She whispered very gently:

Could you just love me like this?
