I hear this often, and it’s one of the biggest misconceptions about yoga.

Yoga isn’t about achieving a pose or forcing your body into a particular shape.
Yoga meets your body exactly where it is.

We move gently, with awareness.
We modify postures and use props for support.
We focus on the breath.

Because it is the breath that facilitates release, not only of the muscles, but of the mind.
And as the mind begins to soften and quieten, the body follows.
